Man Sentenced to Three Years and Four Months inPrison For Vehicular Manslaughter While Under The Influence of Marijuana
DefendantIsidro Moya, 20 years old of Santa Rosa, was sentenced yesterday by theHonorable Peter Ottenweller to serve three years and four months in stateprison after having pled no contest in April of this year to felony charges ofGross Vehicular Manslaughter While Intoxicated, Driving Under the Influence ofa Drug Causing Injury, and a misdemeanor charge of Driving Without a ValidDriver’s License.
