General Accounting
The General Accounting Division provides accounting services to other County departments and local government agencies. The services provided include:
- Issuance of payments from funds held in the County Treasury
- Review and posting transactions to the County’s financial system
- Budgetary processing and control
- Preparation and distribution of financial reports for use by the public, County departments, and other government agencies
- Management and recordkeeping of County capital assets and debt
- Countywide Cost Allocation plan preparation and reporting
