Ownership Changes Backlog

Due to an extraordinary number of ownership changes, the Sonoma County Assessor’s Office is experiencing a significant backlog processing these changes. If you received a tax bill for a property you no longer own, please write “sold” on the bill and return it to our office. View and Pay Your Property Taxes Online

The Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector is pleased to provide you with the capability to obtain property tax information online. You may view your tax bill and, if desired, make your property tax payment using a credit card, debit card or E-Check electronic debit from your checking or savings account.
